    laptop going slow

    Hello,

Lately My laptop has been going slow, I don't Know why and very hard to manage it exemple if I want to open my computer i Need to wait Like 10 secs or more while when on vista it was like 3 secs (same for windows 7 when I installed it) but Now I need alot of time and my CPU keeps Loading I don't know why even when i am not doing anything. Someone suggested that I put something to cool it down but it didn't work so far for me.

Is there a program or anything that making my laptop slow and my CPU always making this sound ? "SHHHH..." like it's loading or something..

    Thanks for your help.

If your fan is making loud noises then I would recommend returning it to the manufacturer for repair. Could explain why your computer is running slowly. When using your laptop, make sure your not blocking the air vents as that will contribute to the loud fan noise.

Also, just open up Program's and Features from Control Panel and uninstall unwanted programs.

Hi, right click the Taskbar and select Start Task Manager, click on Processes and then click on the word Memory,
to see what is using the most of your CPU.

    explorer.exe 39,684K (It's closed I don't use it)
    Firefox .exe (56,632 K)
msn (19,845 K) I am not using it.

I am only using Firefox and the noise is so annoying its seems like my laptop is going to blow up .

I would recommend backing up your data to a memory stick in case your laptop breaks.

I think you'd better check your default settings. May msn automatically runs when you turn on your pc. And you should scan with your anti-virus program. good luck.

Hi try this, type into the Search Menu, msconfig and then open it, go to Startup and click on it
when it opens untick everything there except your Anti Virus whatever that may be, press apply and yes and restart, and we will see if anything changes.
