Plenty of desktop icons & shortcuts lay on the desktop.
Want to assign them into groups rather than A-Z.
But on reboot the disobedient gremlins scurry back to their old columns. Neat & tidy, but I want them to remain where I assigned them. Here is the setting I'm using -

I normally set my background color to black but lately it has been changing to blue on its own. I have searched online and can't find any HELPFUL OR USEFUL answers. Anyone figure this one out yet?
When ever I change my background after I restart my computer it turns into a blue solid color. I want my backgrounds to stay because now every time I restart my computer I have to change it. Under the personalization panel it shows I still have a picture seleteced but it just wont show anything...
