ANOTHER Problem With Windows Explorer <sigh>

Well, I haven't seen it mentioned (yet), but I've found yet another problem with this POS they've turned Windows Explorer into -

It will NOT properly refresh - not pressing F5 (even repeatedly), not selecting it from the menu (regardless of the pane you're in).

Anyone happen to experience this or know a fix I've overlooked?

Thanks much!

Try this
In an administrator account type cmd in search
in the cmd panel type sfc /scannow. This is a command to fix corrupted files, etc.

I can see that you did not get the office memo. As of the first, you are all on my staff. There will be no leaving the office early and no holidays, sick days or pay days. If there are any questions, see my Office Assistant.

Back from Windows 8 and a huge sigh of relief
I did the inexpensive upgrade thing a couple of months ago and regretted it from the beginning but there I was with only a fresh install to get back to Windows 7. I lived with it and told myself every day "this isn't so bad." But it was 'so bad.' So when I found massive corruption in my file...
