Viewing thumbnails as images but without .thumbs file
I know that if in Folder Options I choose "Always show icons, never thumbnails' the '.thumbs' file stops being created everytime you view an image file in Explorer. But I do want to see thumbnails, or more specifically I like the idea of viewing the image of the *.jpg, *.dng etc. when in Explorer....

is there a way to change file type thumb nails (if thats what there called)? for eg .flac and .cue file types have the same icon, how would i change one of those ? thanks
Can't delete Thumbs file
I want to delete 20 folders containing images. Whe I try to delete more than one folder, I keep getting a Thumbs file. when I skip it, it returns for each folder. If I delete a single folder, it gets deleted OK. Here is a screen shot of the message I get. What is it and how can I get rid of it?...
