    Desktop Icons: dotted outline, how do stop it?


    Sorry I wasn't sure what board this went to.

    I am not sure when it happened or how, but I keep getting dotted outlines of the Desktop Icons. If I Refresh the Desktop, it goes away, until I select/use a new icon.

    Possibly increase the monitor screen resolution, right click on desktop.

Okay, so here we go again.. I've just done a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and, as usual, it came with problems. Whenever I drag a window across the desktop I get an outline instead of the full window, the weird thing is that "Show Windows Contents while dragging" is checked under...
