For that issue I would flat format install 7 as the only partition on the internal hard drive. Delete everything and accept the defaults.

I have Windows 7 installed on the main partition. I just had another like 10GB partition I installed RC on after installing 7600 on the main one just to test something. I formatted that 10GB, and went on the main partition and expanded it by the 10GB of it being used for the partition so it pretty much ate it up and added back to my main (and only partition - aside from 100 MB of system reserve) and my External HDD which has nothing to do with my internal HDD.

Is it really necessary to do so though? Cuz I loathe having to pretty much re-personalize my computer after reinstalling. I mean, that's why I made back ups and a system image.

Careful what you install this time - the guides have more info.

I don't think it's anything I installed. I think it's cuz I was tinkering with my external HD and accidentally "activated" it but my internal one is activated too, I'm sure. Can't I somehow do the system image from my external? Or a system restore? I can try to get a blank cd if need-be.

Terrorist96,

I asked this because AVG makes the contex menu look like that.

Thanks. So as of yet, there's no quick fix to the issue other than removing it from the context menu? Cuz I don't wanna do that, since it's there pretty conveniently. They're saying it'll be addressed in some upcoming updates, hopefully. So other than that and very rarely messing with random torrent downloads (which is no big deal), it's fine. Only lingering problem still is https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tml#post485595 :\
