    solution!

I am sorry for necroing but since a solution has not been posted yet and I found it I will write it down (for the future generations).

So the problem has basically nothing to do with resolution or anything like this and its really easy to fix! I apologize that my Windows is in Czech but you don't really need to understand it (I printscreen it as a whole so you have better idea what to look for).

    1) Right clicking anywhere on desktop and then display properties you will see a screen like this. You should put the same resolution on both monitors to have them aligned like this ! It is important for step two!

    2) How could you possibly fix this? How about moving your main screen that is on the right a bit.

    3) Voilá. Don't ask me how it works but it does so feel free to use it!

Not anymore. I just discovered it while they were and I was playing around with resolutions. Also I made the screens like this so it would be easier to understand. However, after moving it "one up" I changed the resolution on the left one to 1920x1080 and the right one stayed at 1366x768 and the icons remained :)
