Auto Subscription to threads

How do I turn off this auto subscription to threads I am active in. I don't want to get a mail each time someone replies to a thread I am also active in

Hello DirtRider,

In addition, in your Edit Options in the User CP, you can set how you want or not want to be notified in the Messaging & Notification section for all new subscribed posts afterwards.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
