The 90 Day evaluation is hard coded into the system. You cannot rearm it.

@richc46 FYI it does not work on the Windows 7 Enterprise 90 Trail downloaded from Microsoft. When we first downloaded the ISO from Microsoft we setup a testing machine when it was 2 days from expiring we did not want to rebuild it because we were deep in to testing with some complicated software. We tried all the rearm ticks and none of them would give us more time. We then tried rearming another machine that had about 20 more days before expiring and it would not rearm as well.

I thank you for the information. We are all, both students and teachers on this site. TY
    Rep for you.

Sorry gave you rep already. System requires that I give it to 10 others first. Guess I like your posts.

@richc46 thanks for trying add REP. I agree we are all teachers and students. The main reason I am here is to read all the posts and learn. It is nice to be able to help once and a while too. I can see you have good understanding of Windows 7 and I like reading your posts alot.

Yes. At command prompt "slmgr /rearm". To check the number of rearms left "slmgr /dlv". It starts with a rearm count of 5 giving you a total of 6 evaluation periods of up to 100 days each [(90 + 10(before activation)]. That's 600 days!

roncerr, are you sure?; this is the Enterprise edition and not an RC or RTM.

Enterprise edition is available to companies that want to test windows 7 prior to purchasing, and is designed not to be rearmed.

I'm surprised! I'm pretty up to date about activation info, but I've never come across anything that says this is possible, legally and keeping within the EULA. Although, there are certain hacks available which can do this...and more.
