How to clear all the items of Jump List of a program?

Its very painful to remove contents of a jump list, specially when i wanna remove them all.
I wanna know How to clear all the items of Jump List of a particular application with a single click?
Is there any jump list manager available? or if you can tell me the path where these contents shortcuts are stored?

I wish people would read a person's question and if they don't understand it, either:

1. don't post
2. ask for clarification

I, too, would like an answer to AMukesh's question.

richc46's answer is not what we are looking for. His link simply shows the 2 most common ways in Windows 7 to deal with jump lists:

1. Right click an individual item and delete it
2. Uncheck, apply and re-check "Store and Display Recently Opened Items in the Start menu and the taskbar"

The first way deletes one item.
The second method deletes all items in every jump list.

What we are looking for is a way to delete all items in a single jump list.

For example, I want to clear my jump list for Windows Media Player, but NOT for Microsoft Word. Right now, the only way to do it is to right click each item in the Windows Media Player jump list and click delete - very tedious and annoying.
