Oh. Your profile says Ultimate. There is no Gpedit facility in Premium.
I am sorry the profile is for my desktop...I am currently talking about my Netbook which has home premium.

PS: Is it possible to like get gpedit.msc somehow???
I was going with your System spec .. I'm sorry i should have asked you. Nope in Windows 7 Home premium we have have that feature. I don't think there is a way to get it. .
It's okay. It was my bad I should've mentioned before hand that this was regarding my netbook which has home premium.

Oh well it doesn't matter if now that there is no group policy editor. Thanks for all your help guys.

Did you try copying gpedit.msc from your Ultimate machine to the Home Premium and see if it works. Many times you can do that. I don't have access to Hom Premium to see if it works. Let me know Thanks.
