Uhmm A Little Help Here Please

I know this might sound weird.

But I can't seem to Manage or even create another user account.
I was thinking it might be some window script errors?

    Check out the screenshot

    Thanks for any help,

    Hi, Welcome to SF,

That is weird. Try this Go To Start > Run > control userpasswords2 see whether you can get that to open

    Hope this helps,

If you can open that then create a new Admin Profile go under that profile then see whether you can click the Manage account maybe it's just some corrupt User Profile.
If that work then know what might be the problem :)

    Hope this helps,
    Captain

You can enable the built in administrators account, make the needed changes, then disable it.... I know it seems like a round about way of doing it, but it is probably the easiest....

See Brinks tutorial on doing this -=> here

If its not doing anything, you might not have the sufficient privileges to open it, as it requires admin rights.
Enable the hidden admin account by opening command prompt as the administrator, and typing in:

    net user administrator /active:yes

    and press enter.
log off, and click on the new account to log into it. Now try to manage or create accounts.

    Tell us what happens.
