msconfig is not loading

Hello.I'm using win7 home prem.And I want to launch msconfig.But once It loads, it suddenly turns off.Why?What to do , how to lauch that.

Have you tried in Safe Mode (keep tapping F8 at boot) ?

No I did not...But I think there is a problem, because it should lauch normally :)

Try Ciara's suggestion then do a scan of Malwarebytes
