How to perform search a word inside a doc??

Hi people,
I just spend more than an hour in windows7 trying to figure out how to search a doc which filename you forgot by trying to search a word inside the doc. Anybody can help me here??

just type the word. Windows, after searching filenames will search the contents of the file if it has the proper handler and you have enabled the setting.
