When I hibernate my PC, will the Internet Connection be active?
Suppose, I'm running some torrents all night. Can I hibernate my PC?
Or we have any other option to opt for other than running the processor all night. Thanks.

So no internet. The computer is turned offHibernation is a power-saving state designed primarily for laptops. While sleep puts your work and settings in memory and draws a small amount of power, hibernation puts your open documents and programs on your hard disk, and then turns off your computer. Of all the power-saving states in Windows, hibernation uses the least amount of power. On a laptop, use hibernation when you know that you won't use your laptop for an extended period and won't have an opportunity to charge the battery during that time.
Is your PC a desktop or laptop? You shouldn't need to Hibernate unless you have a laptop and no outlet. Sleep won't allow you to continue downloading either, though - to keep your internet connection active, you need to keep the computer awake.
You can however turn just the display off by going to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Power Options > Edit Plan Settings.
