    Error 1053


    Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion


    I started receiving this error when I upgrade to windows 7. I tried many things and nothing seems to work though! Anyone has an idea?

    To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

    If the above fix doesn't work, you may need to Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version
