Windows7 trial?
I have win7 home premium 32 bit. I know you have 30 days before you have to enter a key. Is there a 64 bit windows 7 iso available for down load for free that you can download and try before you buy?

There is this one, but there are strings attached (IT professional). http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/e.../cc442495.aspx
Just install the 64-bit version of Windows 7 (any edition)...it will also be a thirty day trial...
Actually...take a look at this to make it a 120 day trial

thanks whs , I got this one I'm using from the win7 presale download when it came out (I upgraded from vista 32 bit and the iso they let me download doesn't let me select between 32 or 64 bit. I want to try 64 bit to see if all the extra goodies I have hooked to my computer that I can't find 64 bit drivers for. Just want to try it!
No , they won't let me download that, I'm not an IT pro - is there another one?
Borrow an installation disk from a friend and do what Zidane says.
That's my problem, I don't know anybody with a installation disk I can borrow from. I was just hopeing to download one from the net if it was available.
hmmmm there is this
Download Windows 7 1.0 Free Trial - Performance, reliability, security, and compatibility are core tenets of this release - Softpedia
it's enterprise edition download for trial.
Other than the one I linked, I do not know of any downloads. They stopped the RC - that was the last chance of a freebee. But that was 32bit anyhow. Sorry.
PS: I use 32bit since Beta times and am quite happy with it. I am waiting another half year at least with 64bit hoping that everybody will catch up with it (drivers, programs). Todays 64bit situation looks to me a little like the early days of Vista.
