It looks like they are related, that is a driver for your mouse.

Go back to Device Manager and double click on errored device, select Driver tab, Update Driver automatically searching on the internet.

I cannot translate the original error box at top, but it might also have a button that will help you resolve the issue. If not, check back with Windows Updates frequently as it will be looking for the driver.

Is this affecting performance in any way?
