    System tray icons sometimes missing.

My laptop is an Acer 5738Z with Windows 7 and NIS 2010.
Sometimes one or two of my system tray icons are missing on booting up.If I switch off and reboot, they magically reappear. The icons that should be there are:-
    Battery.
    Network.
    Volume.
    Norton.
I have them all ticked to show icon and notifications.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a bug in Windows 7 or is it a fault on my laptop?
I'd be grateful for any help and comments.

Hello Citroen, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might double check to make sure that you have them set to "Show icon and notifications". If you do, then resetting the notification icons may help.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
