Anyone got a WD book drive to work on 7? My flash drives pick up fine but my book drive isnt so lucky doesnt even come up in device manager.

I do not have much experience with backups and I want to get something that is reliable and simple to use to backup my 2 computers. Should I get a ready to use solution such as a WD My Book Essentials or should I get a hard drive enclosure plus a regular HD and then use Macrium to do my backups.
