Reverse all changes at logoff
Is it possible to have all changes reversed when a user logsoff? (Without Guest Account)

It was a feature in windows 7 7000 but it was removed >.<
Until windows steadystate can be updated, I don't know of any other solution...
You can however use a virtual machine-Download virtualbox and capture an image or take a snapshot of the operating system's current state
or use light Virtualisation software like:
Shadow Defender - the easiest PC/laptop security and privacy protection tool
Returnil - The Real Security for your home or business - Download RVS now to protect your PC.
Faronics - Home of Deep Freeze and other Intelligent Solutions for ABSOLUTE Control
In simple terms it works like this:
It will virtualise your system and after reboot everyehing will be back to the state it was before you turned protection on...
So
- Turn on protection
- Do whatever you want
- Restart your PC
- Everything back to step 1 :)
deep freeze is a good one for computers that teenagers use. I have it set up for the two desktop computers I let my kids use for homework. they can download and install whatever they want and the next morning it's gone..

Is it possible to have deep freeze only "freeze" one account? (So that it only restores afters a certian account is run, not any other account.)
you can go in and disable deep freeze so you can make changes to the computer, then re-enable it.
I use Acronis 2010 "Try and Decide" some times. But it's probably not what you are looking for.
