How to change the order of startup programs

    This is an old answer so seems appropriate

    To use the delayed start in Winpatrol or the Batch file method what you have to do is add an entry for everything you have starting and set the timings accordingly, so a zero delay for the first item and increasing delays for subsequent ones, this is a pain, and can get worse as you may have to fine tune the delays you use, an item can cause issues for other programs/drivers whilst it is starting, so may need the affected items to be delayed longer Etc

    yeah, I probably won't bother with going through that. Bummer you can't simply right click and have an option to Move Up In List (or down).
