Unwanted Chinese Lessons?

Hi Folks,

Suddenly and at random, whilst my PC is sitting idle with just the desktop screen on, music will start to play followed by what sounds like Chinese mandarin lessons. It's now happened about 8 times in the last 3 days and is driving me potty. I cannot find any way to stop it or turn it off, other than turn the sound down or reboot the computer. There is nothing visual on the screen.

Any ideas?

My PC is running Windows 7 Professional and I have broadband connected.

Best regards
Roger

So a few weeks back I upgraded my backup rig with the old parts from my main rig and posted about it here. In that post I noted my overclocks weren’t sticking. This is an i7-950 OC to 3.8 with 12gig of RAM running at 1600MHz. This was my main rig before moving to a Haswell system. Anyway I...

I just had to post this, as I have not seen it mentioned anywhere. I fought with getting this install to work for weeks and I stumbled across the solution. I was attempting to install on a SSD and it would fail. I was able to install on a 160GB WD drive so I knew the drive and DVD were good. ...
