Task Scheduler not Running Tasks

I read the post(s) and your answer "Run Only When User Is Logged On" fixed my problem too. (Mine said it was running, but it would not do anything.) (It only took me an hour to find this post.)

HOWEVER, I WANT to run this whether or not I am logged on. (It ran fine before I was made to upgrade to Win 7.)
So WHY are we even talking about this and why hasn't MS not FIXED this? I am really angry at MS right now.

If some one from MS reads this, please fix this. I don't even want to call because you will probably try to charge me for reporting your errors.
