    Premier,

You might see if running as sfc /scannow command may be able to fix it. If not, then you can do a repair install.

    1. Open a Windows Explorer window.

    2. In the Navigation Pane, right click on Libraries and click on Restore Default Libraries.

If that don't work your going to have to put in %Windir%\explorer.exe /n /f commands look for it on this form in Tutorials hope this helps!

This depends I think on whether you've changed the default of explorer opening to the My Computer view instead of the default Libraries.
Windows Explorer Taskbar Icon - Change Open To Target

I think if you've done this change it will work, but if it's still the Libraries folder it won't. I haven't tested this yet but I'm about too.

Edit - Nope, that doesn't seem to be the case. If I have the taskbar explorer icon set to open My Computer view it opens that with Win+E, and if I set it to Libraries view Win+E still opens My Computer view. Oh well, I thought it was a good one to try anyway.

The first option wont but you may have some minor effects that are repairable if you go down the Repair install path, saying that the last time I did one was on build 7057 and there were no side effects, everything is running great.
