Column Headers

is it me, or are the column headers in folder view->List removed?
If i put folder view->details they are there

Hope not, anyone any idea?

Vista Ult 64 bit Seven Ult RTM x64

The columns only appear in details view. Why would you need columns that are not displaying any info.
