For the Norton its 360.
In Norton 360, in PC Tuneup, run the Diagnostic Report and then upload that in a .zip file.
How do I open Norton 360? it wont open. I right clicked it and tried to run as admin-still refuses?

Forgot to mention the tech uninstalled and reinstalled Norton lastnight through reote session.

You should have an icon in your systray, bottom right, with a green tick. If it won't open, download HWInfo32 from here:

HWiNFO32 Download

close the summary and post a screenshot of the network tab opened.
