Windows 7: "logged on as administrator"

"logged on as administrator"

I get this constantly popping up constantly, but I am the only user on this pc. In user accounts it says im the admin.

I know how to run the program via "run as admin" , but I would hate to do that every time and for every program.

Is there a way this can be activated automatically?

Unable to log in to gmail & facebook with "keep me logged in" option
