unfortunately repair install did not, I am going to try and update my driver from the internet etc.....

Hi all I have run into a little bit of an annoying problem while logging onto my computer. I get to the login screen, enter my password, it then says welcome and fades out like usual. So i came home and turned on my computer, when it didn't wanted to go further than to the Login Screen, when i got my Black Screen and i could only see my Curser.. What to do? Format it? P.s already tried most things, so hope u can give me some new. :)
