I tried to use the Windows 7 CD to do a reinstall, but it will not recognize it. I have changed the boot order. Not sure what to do?

if you have Windows 7 upgrade disk, you're not able to do a full install....

    boot problem

Yes, the computer will not recognize the CD. I have a Windows 7 upgrade CD which I have to install CD 1 first, then the OS CD.

I have set the CD/DVD drive to load first.
