    problem with permission(quick)


    HI
    I have changed my os and after that I can't open on one my folder.I have accessed to it before I changed the os but After that I can't open it and it gives me this error:

    I need it very much so I'm waiting for your replies

    Which folder? Is it windows.old? Did you upgrade 7 or clean install? Can you also fill i your system specs.

    I have installed windows 7 and the unistall it and install it again and I didn't upgrade it.
    No ,It's not a system file and It's not in os drive too.
    Please help me with that.

    It may be that the file has retained the permissions from the old OS. You can use this to get ownership back: Take Ownership Shortcut

    You may have to change some other security permissions on some folders. To do that Rt. click on the folder/properties/security tab. If you need more help let us know.
