No one has mentioned the change in IE with the new task bar in build 7068. I personally like it. That i can click on the ie icon on the left and get a new IE window where as before i had to right click and select open IE.

Any other new things found in this new build? I am looking more for new things such as that vs a bug report.
It's a bug. It happens if you do an upgrade install from an older build. Unpin IE from the taskbar and pin IE back to the taskbar to fix it, or leave it as it if you like it this way... just don't expect the IE icon to behave this way for the final release.

both were upgrades, but same result. I am about to install a copy on a VM and see how it does.

It's when you done an upgrade from 7057 to 7068.
After reboot you have two IE icons.
Unpin one of them or deactive him completly.

I upgraded from 7057 to 7068 and I didin't get 2 IE8 Icons in the taskbar....I feel ripped off now.
I am on x32 version at this stage (until I get some more Ram).

I wish Microsoft would make it an option to have every pinned app act as a quick launch. Give us the option....it wouldn't be too hard to just have a box we could check. I know they are moving on to the new UI but they really need to think about this one.

What do you mean by having the pinned apts act as quick launch? Isn't that what's happening with the taskbar?
