Or, it could be that the folder is also located in another location that displays to the desktop (such as All Users).
Another party is stating that the MFT has not been updated correctly for whatever reason, and that afrom a CMD prompt should reboot your machine, run CHKDSK and fix the issue. (It will prompt you to reboot so it can run CHKDSK - allow it to).Code:CHKDSK /x
