Alt + Tab vs Start + Tab

Which do you prefer? Or do you use neither? Personally, I don't use either.

    Alt+Tab.

In Linux, I use Windows+Tab so I can get some use out of that button lol.

Alt+Tab, that XP habit didn't get out and I haven't used XP for about a year except in virtual machines lol.

Alt tab seems easier to me. But I usually just click the app that's pinned (or on) the task bar.

I had not heard of that one. I just tried it in Opera and I can scroll through the tabs very nicely. But it is Opera tabs and not windows on my desktop.

alt tab because it immediately switches to between two programs. start tab requires you to press tab again, which slows down my style
