    Thanks Dzomlija. I think I will gettin the home premium edition as the only difference between that and ultimate is bit locker and the enterprise bits, for which I have no use. I really dont know why they have to have so many versions. It would of been nice to see a gaming edition produced though.

    Actually, BitLocker is one of the features that makes Ultimate worth the additional expense. Especially the "Bitlocker to Go" variation. BTG can be used to encrypt external devices like USB Flash Drives and SD cards, thus protecting your data should the drive get lost or stolen.

    But regardless of features, I'll be going for Seven Ultimate...

    Another 'Ultimate' fan here. Nevery used any Vista below ultimate so i'm not gonna change now :)

    Additional: Good post, it's good to be able to see the differences with the different versions

    May go with Home Professional depending on price difference although I would probably not make use of the extra features in Ultimate anyway, Maybe if they still included Ultimate extras that may make it more worthwhile, I did like dreamscene but they didn't give a great selection to choose from and the packs they gave latter on were just pathetic IMO.
