    Hi and welcome
The first file is related to the Windows Fax program. I have that also.
The other 2 are the ones I would want to delete.
Are you able to bootup in safe mode and try deleteing them or if you have Malwarebytes you can use their special prograam called FileAssasin under other tools. Select the files that you can't delete and it will reboot and try to delete I think in DOS mode.

I would also check in task mamager what you have running in the background.
That is usually what stops a file from being deleted.

Hope this helps. Any other questions ask.
Anyone else want to give their ideas?

    Welcome!

That appears to be malware. Download Malwarebytes, and run a scan. Also install Microsoft Security Essentials and run a Full scan.

    Good luck!

Looks like malware to me. Download Malwarebytes or Hitman Pro. Update them to their latest database definitons and perform a full scan.

Make sure you have nothing hiding in your System Restore. Disable System Restore and delete your restore points. Re-Run the Scan and make sure no more traces were detected. Then Re-Enable System Restore.

I hesitate to be glad you have malware, but at least we don't have to look for another solution.

Be sure to run MB again, and also Microsoft Security Essentials, to make sure it is all gone.
