Where to report Bugs

Hey there!
I have trouble finding a possibilitiy to report bugs found in windows 7.
My first post made in this forum is filed under https://www.sevenforums.com/virtualiz...y-adapter.html
It turns out that this isn't a problem of VirtualBox-Windows7 interaction but rather
a bug affecting Networkdevices as well as the securitypolicy(secpol.msc).

Can someone point me to a link where i can make comit a full scale bug report?
The Method usable in windows7Rc with rundll32.exe *Bugreport*.dll isn't usable in windows 7.

I know sounds hilarious but then again who else is supposed to fix the bugs.

It really does. I have tried that several times, but never got any feedback. One can only hope they will do something with the input.
