I have activated window 7, but for some reason at the right hand corner at the bottom, show "window 7 evaluation copy build 7100", how do I get rid of this display on my desktop when window 7 is fully activated and genuine copy. Please help because this display of "window 7" on desktop is a big nuisance to me. Thanks

This MAY be a solution, but I suggest that you create a system restore point before trying, especailly since it has not been tried by me.

If you do not like this solution, try a Google with the words Windows 7 watermark. There are numerous sites that offer a download, which should remove the watermark. We are not suppose to offer any direct downloads. Good Luck

Desktop 'dropdown' window?

Black Window on Desktop with no apparent use?
Hi there! Today I discovered a small dot on my desktop, first I thought it was a pixel gone bad and "liquid" permeating into the pixels around it (even though it's no LCD display ^^). But it turned out that my cursor changes when going over that dot and further examination revealed that you...
