    Explorer.exe not Working

Ok so recently I tried to install a theme on my computer, and whenever I replaced the explorer.exe it didn't work anymore. Now my computer explorer.exe doesn't work and it says it's missing explorerframe.dll. How do I fix this?

    Hello, Welcome to SF,

Have to made a backup of the Explorer.exe before replacing ??

If not then I would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator >
    SFC/ SCANNOW

    Hope this helps,
    Captain

    Try a system restore.

Since you cant log into your account due to Explorer.exe not working, you should be able to do a repair via your windows 7 DVD and see if that sorts it out. Or if your dual booting with another OS , boot into your alternate OS and navigate to the windows /system 32 folder and try and locate / rename current explorerframe.dll / replace explorerframe.dll with the original one and hopefully that will sort things out ( Take ownership of the .DLL first )
