    It could be that you have alot of shadow copies on your HDD.

    Shadow Copy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Try clearing your shadow copy(s);

    Right click on your hard drive and click properties. Click Disk Cleanup then click “clean up system files”. Now click on the more options tab then under System Restore and Shadow Copies click “clean up”

    EDIT:
    Just found this,

    Shadow Copies - Delete

    Or Windows Backups. Those folders don't show any memory.

    Correct, no memory shown there. This may help and won't hurt.

    The recommended space for shadow copies is 10% of the disk size.

    Check your shadow storage settings from the command line.

    Vssadmin Resize ShadowStorage /For=C: /On=C: /MaxSize=10GB
    Reduces shadow storage to specified amount

    Vssadmin List ShadowStorage
    Lists maximum storage allocated for restore points

    Vssadmin List Shadows
    Lists all restore points already written

    Vssadmin List Allocated
    Lists used storage to date

    Turn off indexing on that partition...run disk cleanup...and re-boot.
