pretty self explanatory. i set the image as my user pic, but it wasn't animated (didn't think it would). is there any way to set an animated image as a user picture and still have it be animated?

Animated Desktops?
I'd like to know how to set up an animated desktop. I tried DeskScapes but when I pressed the apply button on the wallpaper nothing happened. I also turned on transparency because I read somewhere that it helped.
