Cannot access User Account features...

    See if this helps. Always make a system restore point before attempting to fix problems.

    My only problem with doing that is I have no install CD. The digital download wasn't an ISO and they didn't send any discs with it. It's really no real big issue I guess. I do really appreciate all your help though.

    No .ISO? Was it an .IMG file? What was the download?

    is the account you are having trouble with an admin account or standard user have you tried creating another account the user profile sounds like it's corrupt
