How Do I Remove Transparency On Top of Window

Hi, I would like to know how to make the top bar in all my applications solid instead of being transparent. The (attached file) below will show you what I'm talking about. Your help would be most appreciated. Thanks, Ray

no problem, you can also vary the level of transparency, making it more or less opaque by using the slider labeled color intensity
