    Menu HELP PLEASE

I am having a intermittent problem with my windows 7 start menu of late, when I run the mouse across to open Favorites or Document or control panel as examples the sub folder opens but is completely transparent, you can see the sub sub folders or files or shortcuts though.

I have reinstalled the OS from scratch and the issue is still here,

HELP PLEASE its driving me mad

    TIA

Just a stab in the dark, but do you have the latest video driver installed? Latest from the video card manufacturer, not Windows.

Press the print Screen button when it happens and it will take a picture of everything on
your screen. Then open up Paint and press the Paste button and it will be there, save it and upload the picture.

Hello Mistral1, welcome to Seven Forums!

It's up there with the F keys, it'll say something like "PrtScn" over on the right.
