    On your nest reply use the advanced button, if you are using the Quick Reply, and below the text window there is an option to Manage Attachments. That opens another browser window with options to both choose the screenshot and to upload it. It may take a few seconds to upload, but you will know when it is complete when the attachment appears in the original reply options.

    We were all too eager to help you find the Printscreen key but now you've stumped us!

    Hmm... might I suggest checking your system files using the sfc /scannow command: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
