    Program running, use forced shutdown


    Keep getting "Program running, forced shutdown" when I shutdown Win 7. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

    Try this:

    There is a delay when you shut down, restart, or log off a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

    A point that is often over looked is that when you choose the forced shut down, you may damage the program that is still running.

When I turn my computer off I get the error: 1 program need to close: Iexplorer.exe Which I don't have it open. Even if I opened it I closed it. This started doing this today. Any ideas what to do?
I have a problem that every time I shut my computer down, a screen pops up that says there is a program running and it is being forced to shut down. The problem is there is NO program running when I shut down. What do I need to do? Thanks
