    Windows 7 Crashing/Freezing!

I'm not sure why it crashes.
Usually I just come back to my computer after leaving it for an hour or more and then I see I can't move my cursor or my keyboard isn't working(I keep hitting the Numlock/Capslock button but they don't light up).
Sometimes it occurs when I click on a certain area of the taskbar - Right after the start button but right before the first icon. That little area right there when clicked on executes something because each time I click it my cursor changes to the loading cursor and then thats when my computer freezes.
Then I gotta press the Restart button on my tower >;[]
    I'm also on Windows 7 RC1(build 7100).
Err.. what do I need to do to stop the crashing? I already scanned my computer with ESET Smart Security as well as MalwareBytes and they got nothing.

Check the Action Center for a record of problems.
Check Event Viewer for problems in the Windows Logs...System and Application log files.
