    Odd Behavior

Just upgraded to windows 7 from Vista. Since then, everytime I open itunes, windows media player or log on to the internet, a broadcast which sounds like a radio takes over my sound system (itunes will continue to play in the background). Stranger than that is when I log off the internet the radio continues to broadcast. When I reboot the broadcast temporarily goes away but will re-appear minutes later. I scanned my system with windows essentials and no virus or malware was found. I contacted my internet provider (Time Warner and Dell computers and neither could resolve the issue. Thanks in advance for your responses.

If you upgraded, do a clean install and reformat. The upgrade option will give you nothing but problems.

Hi, sounds like a program that you don't want, try this and see does it stop.

Msconfig/Startup.Hi, at the Start Orb / Search, type into the box msconfig click and open it at the top of the Menu page. When the window opens choose Start-up and click on it, Uncheck all the boxes, except your Anti Virus one. Click apply, then OK, and then Restart. Your Machine will shut down then, and restart.Lets see if it is one of those programs in there that was causing the grief.
