Can I create a "Up one level" button?

After performing a search for an item/folder, it's really annoying that I can't simply click on a button to go up levels/folders after finding the item I searched for. As it is now, I have to click on "View > Go to > Up one level" every time I want to go up a level.

Hi Maleko333,

I thought that at first using Windows 7 too, but when you figure out how to use the new address bar to access the folder tree, it makes a lot more sense! To see what I mean, read ScottW's post in this thread: How to show the "Up" button on Windows 7? How-To Geek Forums

Great to know!

This always bothered me too. I like how they do a semi-breadcrumb in the address bar, but sometimes a nice UP button is just easier.

Disabling more Aero animations and "X" button "glow"
While there are a (small) handful of features of Aero that i'd like to use, there are many more that slow down the UI and/or make it distracting that I can't find a way to disable. (I even tried the "Basic" theme but it has a bug that discards font size settings made under the now-misnamed...

Start menu -> Shutdown Button - "shut down" and "sleep"
Hi. Start menu -> I can only see shut down, or sleep, depending on how it's configured, but to access other power options I have to click on the small white arrow to the right of the power button. So if the default setting of the big button is shutdown then it's a hassle to choose sleep because...

Changing the Disk Space Bar "Low Level"
In Explorer on Computer, is there a way to change the number of gigabytes or percentage that Windows uses before it changes from the blue bar to red? For instance, I have an array that is 1TB, but it still has over 15GB free on it, but Windows interprets that percentage as the drive being low, so...
