We know you were only trying to help someone, just be more careful in crediting sources in the future.

We have a really easy tutorial here for making a flash stick bootable using automation: USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create

I must give this out about a dozen times a week, yet only had to use it myself when my Kingston finally lost its bootability after more than a year. I had been able to just copy the files into root of Primary-formatted stick before, but that wouldn't seem to work any longer.

The tut works great, even allowing me to put my 25 other tools on the stick along with Win7 files, which I keep in a folder when not needing to boot.
